Ms. Adams is responsible for underwriting execution and management, transaction closure, new business/underwriting reporting, and implementation and service transition.

Ms. Collins provides administrative support to corporate executive leadership including accounting, HR, office management and other special projects.

Ms. Collins joined TriscendNP in 2022. Before joining the company, Ms. Collins worked in various manager, marketing, sales and support roles in senior living, real estate, telecommunications and accounting. Ms. Collins attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

Blaine Davila

Ms. Davila Joined TriscendNP in 2021 as a Client Relations Coordinator with a BA in Accounting and Finance, a Texas State Active Life, Health and HMO license, 14 years of overall customer service experience and 7 years of bookkeeping and insurance expertise. In 2022, Ms. Davila joined the Case Management team as a Case Manager. To ensure our clients experience a positive process during the implementation of their individual programs. Currently the Accounting Benefits Manager, Ms. Davila’s education and field experience will help lead TriscendNP providing the best resources and benefits to our employees. In her spare time Ms. Davila enjoys cooking, gardening with her 2 kids and taking her kids on nature hikes.

Danielle Donohue

Ms. Donohue is responsible for managing the company’s new business administration. She supports all aspects of the company’s new business and underwriting processes, including licensing and appointments, the insurance application process, pre and post underwriting, transaction closure, legal documents, implementation and service transition, and in-force policy support.

Mr. Edwards serves as Principal of Triscend^NP. As a co-founder, Mr. Edward’s vision is to take the experience and discipline from his investment banking background and provide unique products and services to the employee benefits sector. Mr. Edwards has used his extensive investment banking and M&A experience to invent numerous proprietary strategies.*

Brandi Foster

Ms. Foster is responsible for all aspects of client relations including hosting regular reviews with clients and their advisers, providing accounting and financial support, assisting in benefit transactions, ensuring ongoing compliance, and providing ongoing customer service.

As a co-founder, Mr. Gutherman saw a need in the hospital and nonprofit markets for a more socially responsible way to address executive retirement benefits. With these sectors facing increasing challenges in attracting and retaining key talent, Mr. Gutherman saw Triscend^NP as a provider of superior benefit programs for executives that simultaneously promote financial stability for the participating organizations.

Financial Analyst

Robert Guzman

Mr. Guzman joined TriscendNP in 2022 as a Client Relations Coordinator, bringing experience in banking, communication, and coding. He currently serves as a Financial Analyst, supporting both the Business Development and Client Relations departments. His primary focus is designing analytical solutions with useful features for client deliverables. Additionally, he collaborates closely with the Client Relations department to provide ongoing analysis for existing client plans.

Mr. Guzman holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Business Administration in Ethical Leadership from Schreiner University. He also maintains a Life, Accident & Health license.

Kristie A. Hartmann, JD

Ms. Hartmann serves as Senior Vice President and works individually, and corporately as needed to support the efforts of the Triscend Principals, to collaboratively design and implement high-impact solutions for both prospective and existing clients.

VP of Finance & Human Resources

Christina Henry

Ms. Henry joined Triscend in 2006 and serves as Vice President of Finance and Human Resources. She oversees the firm’s operational accounting, and leads the production of financial reports, maintains the accounting system, and cash flow. As part of the corporate management and leadership team, Ms. Henry develops and implements Triscend’s financial strategic planning decisions. She is responsible for developing the annual budget and prepares financial forecasts, ensuring the fiscal welfare of the company.

Jodie Martin

Ms. Martin joined Triscend^NP in 2022 as an Executive Assistant and brought experience in insurance, communication, and corporate event planning. She supports the efforts of the firm’s Business Development Sales Team, the members of which are focused on designing and implementing high-impact solutions for prospective clients, as well as monitoring existing client programs. Ms. Martin assists with scheduling meetings, booking travel, corporate event planning, Salesforce and Meister Task pipeline management, and other corporate administrative duties, including but not limited to, serving in the role of BenefisCU Board Secretary.

Matt Morris

Matt is responsible for overseeing the client relations department, including ensuring our clients’ needs and expectations are met at every step of their journey with us. His focus is on providing ongoing plan administration, including financial, accounting, and compliance support for clients and their advisers.

Director of Process and Technology Development

Corey Murphy

Mr. Murphy serves as the Director of Process and Technology Development, working closely all departments within TriscendNP to leverage data and technology throughout all of the company’s operations.

With a diverse background in banking, real estate, and entrepreneurship, Corey has developed a keen eye for detail and advanced data analysis and reporting. Corey is taking this skillset to the next level as he pursues his degree in data science at the University of North Texas.

Ms. Roan joined TriscendNP in 2016 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations. In her role, Ms. Roan oversees various departments at the organization and is responsible for process improvement, technology development, and ensuring the organization has the right tools and resources to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ms. Staron serves as Chief Operating Officer of TriscendNP and oversees the integration of company strategies into daily business functions including Marketing, Business Development, Client Relations, IT, Finance and HR. She also serves as Chief Executive Officer of BenefisCU, a majority owned Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) subsidiary of TriscendNP.

Jessica Blodgett

Ms. Blodgett joined the company in 2021 and oversees the marketing efforts for both Triscend^NPand the CUSO powered by Triscend^NP, BenefisCU. Ms. Blodgett is responsible for the planning and execution of TriscendNP’s marketing efforts, including the integration of marketing efforts related to the company’s CUSO, BenefisCU.

Mr. Wright fulfills the role of Account Manager, servicing client accounts and ensuring the comprehensive apprising of principal policy information, key to our clients understanding of their plans.

Mr. Wright joined TriscendNP in 2022 with prior experience in logistics management. He graduated with B.A.’s in both Psychology and German from the University of North Texas while also working as a Professors Assistant. Mr. Wright also holds a Life, Accident, Health and HMO License in the state of Texas.

Mr. Wright is a co-founder and principal with primary responsibility for strategy and business development and has served in this capacity for 20 years. Areas of expertise include business development, compliance, business transactions, and financial and accounting topics. Additionally, he has over 12 years of previous experience in the healthcare field and has held executive positions ranging from operations to business development.

Zeinab Zangeneh

Ms. Zangeneh serves in the role of Director of Analytics and supports both the Business Development and Client Relations departments. With primary responsibilities in design modeling and analysis of in-force Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans, Ms. Zangeneh assesses the suitability and stability of new and existing retirement benefit programs.

As a Senior Account Manager, Delaney is responsible for ensuring that clients’ needs and expectations are met in every aspect of their journey with us. She focuses on providing detailed plan administration, including accounting, compliance, and financial support for all parties.

Emily Pruitt

Ms. Pruitt joined us in 2023 and serves as our Director of New Business. She is responsible for overseeing the new business department including, but not limited to, state insurance licensing, carrier appointments, insurance application process, carrier underwriting, program implementation, service transition, and departmental reporting. Ms. Pruitt is a client advocate and strives to provide superior services and support.

Ms. Cogo Sanchez serves as a New Business Coordinator for TriscendNP. She assists the case managers with the underwriting and implementation process for new cases. Ms. Cogo Sanchez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University.

Ms. Zewdie fulfills the role of Marketing Associate I at TriscendNP, where she plays a key role in supporting marketing initiatives for both TriscendNP and the CUSO powered by TriscendNP, BenefisCU. In her role, Sifen is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and management of marketing strategies and campaigns, working closely with the team to drive impactful results.
