Bonnie J. Roan

Ms. Roan joined TRISCEND^NP in 2016 and serves as Senior Vice President of Operations. In her role, she oversees key operational functions and leads initiatives focused on process improvement, technology development, automation, and operational efficiency. She is responsible for ensuring the organization has the processes, systems, tools, and resources needed to support employees, meet evolving business needs, and deliver an exceptional client experience. 

With over 30 years of professional experience, she brings a strong background in business operations, organizational management, process improvement, and technology. She works across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement, solve operational challenges, and develop practical, scalable solutions that support both day-to-day operations and the company’s long-term objectives. 

She holds an active Life, Accident, Health, and HMO license in the state of Texas.
