Bonnie J. Roan

Bonnie joined Triscend^NP in 2016 as Business Development Case Manager bringing over 20 years of customer service and office administration skills. She leads the new business and client relations teams, ensuring clients’ programs are implemented and serviced with the highest level of quality and professionalism.

Bonnie’s previous roles, prior to joining Triscend^NP, positioned her well to foster a service-oriented work environment with an emphasis on quality and process improvement. She served in administration for the executive team and held roles in human resources and customer service in the medical device, insurance, and IT services industries. Ms. Roan holds a health, life and accident insurance license.
