As we approach the end of the year, I want to take a moment to thank you for your patronage, reflect on 2021, and look ahead to 2022.
We consider our clients our partners. Whether you are a new partner of ours or have trusted us with your retirement benefits for years, I would like to personally thank you for the faith and confidence you have placed in us. Following one of the most challenging years in history, 2021 brought all of us a renewed sense of what it means to engage in commerce, build relationships and pursue excellence in a virtual world. You all have not only continued to honor us with your business but helped us achieve new levels of service quality and expertise while we worked relentlessly to solve some of your most unique executive benefit and retention challenges.
2021 Products and Services
Our partners, and the non-profit communities they serve, continue to show interest in and often favor the use Split-Dollar as an efficient and socially responsible executive retirement benefit tool. In 2021 alone, TriscendNP will have implemented Split-Dollar Programs with a projected return of over $400 million in death benefits to non-profit organizations. Over 50 non-profit key leaders nationwide will be provided an excellent source of retirement income. We have also responded to increased demand for employer-sponsored Supplemental Disability, Executive Bonus Plans, Long-Term Care and Corporate Owned Life Insurance.
2021 New Company Launch
In October, we also announced the launch of BenefisCU, a new to market CUSO (Credit Union Service Organization) that provides Executive Benefits and Business Protection sales exclusively to credit unions. TriscendNP with Dollar Associates, Goldenwest Credit Union and seven other market-leading credit unions in the United States, formed BenefisCU when it was identified that credit unions typically have not had the opportunity to participate in, or realize revenue from executive benefits and business protection sales. With BenefisCU, we will be able to provide credit unions a revenue sharing opportunity with advanced insurance solutions to their credit union executives, members, commercial account holders and peers.
2021 Service Enhancements
2021 also ushered in an era of technological improvements to our services platform, including the launch of our cloud-based portal, “the SAFE,” as well as enhancements to our notification systems. Our partners are now more informed than ever and have access to the plan information they need 24 hours a day. Our service team has also expanded, and we have made several key hires to continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our partners. As always, we remain committed to providing the best service in the industry and will continue to invest in both our fantastic service team and our technological capabilities.
Looking Ahead to 2022
So, what does 2022 have in store for us? First, we hope to continue to nurture and expand our existing relationship with our partners, and we are honored to have the opportunity to continue surpassing your expectations. That said, if there is something you need that we don’t currently offer, just let us know. Our organization is growing rapidly, and we will always embrace opportunities to enhance our relationship with you. Our knowledgeable and creative team is at your service.
