Jarrod Couch

Mr. Jarrod Couch serves as the Client Services Coordinator for Triscend^NP. In this role, he is responsible for working directly with clients, insurance carriers, managing policy and client information, and processing policy changes. He also coordinates meetings and relays important information provided by our clients to the Insurance carriers.

Mr. Couch joined the company in 2020 after taking two years away from the workforce to raise his daughter. Before that, He worked in several fields and brings a wide range of varied experience to the company including billing, technical writing, concierge customer service, and logistics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Westwood College.
